Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy
Overview: We value your satisfaction, and we aim to make the returns and refund process as simple as possible. Please review our policy below for detailed instructions.
1. Returns:
- Return Window: Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery of the item. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused / in the same condition as you received it, and with its original packaging. Image/Video Proof required for processing the refunds where in items damaged in transit.

- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized items (e.g., personalized calendars with photos)
2. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your request.
- Refund proceeds will be processed as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of credit.
3. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, such as:
- Items not in their original condition as delivered to you, etc.,
4. Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
- Cancellations can be made through “My Account” page on our website.
5. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged while delivering.
- If you need an exchange, please submit a return request, and you can place a new order using the store credit in your wallet after your return is processed.
